I am looking for someone to work with me on a website. This site is for chat/forums/picture rating and online games.
Chat server is IRC based, i'll take care of it myself, but if you have knowledge of IRC it would be helpful. This server is using PJIRC for web interface. Basic stuff is done, i want it to be much more personalized now. 

Person X is at chat room, he should be able to play game with person Y, rate pics of other users, share his music with person Y or Z and this all should happen in one window. Therefore Java is my ideal platform. However i need PHP developer as well. 

This is just to give you an idea. I have full graphic design of this site and more details will only be disclosed to right person. You will be rewarded for your hardwork and creativity. you can even have a chance of becoming permanent employee. It all depends on YOU!
