I run a PLONE 3 system on an OS X server as an intranet-system. I need help with the following customizations:

The customizations are listed in prioritized order. The first one (1. Attachment of a file to the Plone Webpage-object) needs to be done by the above deadline of maximum 7 days. The others can if needed be done within 14 days.

1. Attachment of a file to the Plone Webpage-object:

In the same way as users today can attach pictures to webpage-objects within the formula (not within the Kupo WYSIWYG editor) I want the ability to attach an unlimited number of other files like for example Word, PowerPoint, PDF etc. When attached a link to the files should automatically be added to the bottom of the message text – with the filename as link. The uploaded files shall not be visible as normal files for the users in Plone but implemented into the webpage-object as attached pictures are of today. In other words the attached files shall only be accessible by the automatically added links to the bottom of the message, and not appear elsewhere in the system (other than maybe for deletion).


2. Comments:

A user should be able to delete his/her own comments - not only as the administrator. Also when somebody adds a comment to a message, picture etc. the creator-user of the original message should receive a simple 2-line e-mail with a link to the object telling him/her that there has been added a comment.


3. Birthday implementation:

I need a custom field on the user-create formula where I can enter the users birthday. When a particularly users birthday occur I want an automatically Plone Portlet to be shown with a flag and the picture of the user (from the user profile). The Portlet should also automatically be hidden when the users birthday ends.

Additional Info:

As a start it would be best if you could setup your own temporary PLONE site - so that our live site won't be interrupted by the above customizations. If that’s not possible I will supply you with a temporary test/developing site.
