Provide a new and fresh website for a new two way radio company "Colorado Telecom" with a shopping cart implementation integrated to sell two way radio gear.  Should have the functionality of ZenCart at least.

Installation on Debian based server with Plesk installed.

Should look and feel similar to "www.silkecom.com" using it's basic structure as a template.

Dummy text should be installed.

Should be easily editable, and using it on a wordpress base would be acceptable.  Access to the live server is available for development.
